At Nexxus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
